Hello! My husband and I are both professionals in the technology industry. We both work from home most days. We're seeking a nanny who is warm, caring, and orgainsed. We have 2 children 1 and 3.5 years.
My Requirements
We're seeking a caring live out nanny near Battersea Park to support our family. We have a 1 year old and 3.5 year old, who attends nursery part time. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM.
The nanny-child relationship is of utmost importance to us. First and foremost, we want you to develop a strong bond with our children and have a keen understanding of their emotional development and communicate with them accordingly. Some of the qualities we value are: Organised, proactive and willing to take initiative, warm and caring, and a strong communicator.
Both parents work in tech and have demanding jobs, so reliability is key. We work from home regularly but are usually busy.
The role is fully managing the kids and their environment when you are here. This includes meal planning and making freshly cooked meals for the children. You'll also help keeping toys & clothes tidy, and finding engaging activities for the children such as playdates, classes, and activities at home.
When it comes to parenting, we strive to emphasises empathy, responsiveness, and trust. Our goal is for our children to create a secure bond with caregivers.
