We employed Cândida for a year (Jan 2021 - Feb 2022) to Nanny my now 2 and 4 year old. Cândida is an experienced Nanny who knew how to build report and relationship quickly with my then 1 and 3 year old. This wouldn’t have been possible for everybody because my 3 year old is a very strong willed child who spent lockdown with me and did not appreciate this shift in caregiving (and my return to work). However, Cândida took this all in her stride, was patient and consistent and it paid off! Both children adore Cândida, they know the rules with her, they learned to appreciate her firm and consistent approach to caregiving. Cândida was on time, and always turned up to work, she is reliable and responsible. I know I can trust her totally with my little humans. I would really rate Cândida for a busy family!
