About Me
Caring for children has always been a passion of mine as it provides me with a sense of happiness watching them grow into such big characters. Coming from a large family myself, I have dealt with the craziness of everyday life, but having a military background due to my father being in the army for 24 years, I have been able to relate to a variety of people. I am an outgoing, yet organised individual, and I always put 100% effort into everything I do. I also enjoy reading, singing, and spending time with friends and family.
My Experience
Over the past three years, my Mum has been a Foster Carer, looking after children as young as newborns. During this time, being around them has allowed me to experience a greater understanding of children and their development, as well as the patience required and the empathy of every child’s needs. I babysit the foster children whilst taking on the responsibilities of feeding, changing and caring for them as well as making sure they settle down for their sleeps.
