About Me

I am an easy going, kind and patient person who loves working with children. I would be available to look after your children in your own home and give them appropriate play experiences and outings to aid their development. I love the outdoors and getting the children out and about. I am also happy to do school/nursery drop off and picks up and attend any classes or clubs the children would enjoy.

My Experience

I have worked with young children since 1987 after qualifying as a nursery nurse. I had several nannying positions over 16 years then worked for 17 years in a playgroup for children with additional support needs. I currently work as a nanny to a lovely family with 3 children. I have been there for over 3 and a half years. The children are 6,5 and 3 years old with the youngest starting full time nursery after Christmas. I also have 2 grown up sons and one beautiful grandchild. I love working with young children and have lots of relevant experience.

My Qualifications

I qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 1987 and have been working with children ever since. My qualification is NNEB
I have done many courses over the years such as food hygiene, manual handling, sign a long(basic), first aid, autism training, genetic conditions and epilepsy

My Availability

I would be available on Monday,Wednesday and Fridays all day.
I am available from January 2027
