Even with our short window, Olivia was extremely professional. She ensured we had a conversation first to make sure we could ask our own questions first. Then she spent time with our daughter to make sure she could put a name to a face.
Olivia provided an excellent service by keeping our daughter entertained with a mixture of activities as well as taking on board what she wanted to do. She went above and beyond by keeping everything clean and tidy, even extra to what we had asked.
I would thoroughly recommend Olivia as she has a calm and reassuring presence that put our daughter at ease straight away.
