About Me
Hello i am Sarah and have set up Little Leaders childminding., based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. Little leaders has plenty to offer for little ones to learn through their play. In a safe and stimulating environment I have a wide range of equipment. From arts and crafts, sand and water. Singing and dancing or just reading a book. Not something your child is in to, the toy den is sure to hold the key to their play! With jigsaw and mega block, cars and dress up... plus much much more. Each activity will not only engage childrens imagination but develop skill in all areas of learning. As a family we love the outdoors so trips to the park, woods and farm are including. When this is not possible, we use of the back garden to investigate and play. With a vegatable patch to tend to or mud kitchen to get creative ( and messy!) or just a run around.
I fully believe children learn through play. With that said adult lead activities will be undertaken and recorded often to keep track of your child's development.
We are a family of 4, myself along with my 3 we have Mia , Jessica and Jack .
My Experience
Having achieved my NVQ level 3 in child care and eduction, i worked for several years as a nursery nurse. Prodomnatly in the pre school and 2 to 3 years units, but have experience across all ages while being a nursery nurse. Then gaining even more experience when becoming a mummy myself! For the purpose of becoming a childminder I have completed online training to refresh and update my knowledge.

Nvq lev3 in childcare and eduction.
Paediatric First aid including anaphylactic training
Ofsted registered
Full insurance.
My Availability
Opening at 7am am till 5pm. I aim to be as flexible as possible. Full time and part time spaces available. I offer both funded and private hours.
