Hello, I'm Andrea, an Ofsted registered Childminder at Rainbow House Childminding and qualified Norland Nanny. I recently became a mum and decided to move from nannying to childminding to work around my own child. I have a degree in Early Years Development and Learning with the integrated Norland Diploma.
I’ve spent the last few years working as a nanny with various families and am excited to see start the next chapter of my childcare career.

My Experience
I regularly care for multiple children ranging in age between newborn - 14 years old and take pride in establishing positive relationships with both children and parents. I follow the children’s regular routines to create a sense of familiarity and security for all in my care.
While planning for activities I prioritise safeguarding and ensuring the necessary precautions are put in place along side encouraging age-appropriate development in a home from home environment and local amenities. I also ensure I am always reliable and flexible (where possible) to help parents as much as possible.

- Ba(Hons) Early Years Development and Learning along side the Norland Diploma
- Ofsted Registered
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid with Anaphylaxis Management
- Safeguarding
- Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Water Safety
- NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
- 2 A-Levels and an equivalent level BTEC.
- G.S.C.E level with grades B-C including English Language/Literature, Maths and Science.
- I hold a full clean UK driving licence
