My Summary

My Experience

I have experience with children from newborns all the way up to 25 year olds in various settings.

I have 2 years of experience in a nursery working towards my level 2 in childcare as well as 8 months working in a children’s home for children in care.

I have worked mainly with SEN children with additional needs such as autism, Down’s syndrome, ADHD and global development delay.

I have also adopted my two boys so have a lot of trauma and attachment training and understanding of this topic.

I currently offer respite for a boy once a week and weekends at my house where we involve him in our family life and routine while offering activities he enjoys and supporting his development in line with his families wishes.

I also work full time at a SEN post 16 provision for young adults with additional needs and behavioural support needs.

My Qualifications

NCFE cache level 2 diploma for early years practitioner - completed 2021 - Distinction

Signalong phase 1 - completed 2022

Level 2 in understanding autism - Passed 2023

The great behaviour breakdown course - Passed 2023

AET (award in education and training) level 3 - To be completed December 2025

My Availability

I am currently looking to work evenings or weekends and can be flexible around timings.
