About Me
My Name is Claudine and I have decided to follow my passion after 10 years working in Administration.
I am a mum of 3 lovely boys and a Ofsted Registered Good Childminder in Gipsy Hill ,Upper Norwood Crystal Palace area.
The aim of my service is to incorporate the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) into my everyday activities, ensuring services provided are catered for all ages and needs . I will teach and help children to develop and grow, while building their confidence in a safe, warm and caring enviornment.
Being approachable by nature,I am able to bond and build a good rapport with children.I can relate to saying "No one child is the same " so during the settling in period ,I acknowledge when a child needs extra time to warm to their new environment .
My home away from home environment provides comfort, security, warmth and familiarity. Not only for children but also for parents.
I will be encouraging Healthy eating, trips to the local parks, Libraries, Play centres, soft play, farms, museum, sand and water play, story time, nursery rhymes, dancing, singing and role play.

Claudine and the CC’s team looked after our son for nearly 2 years, and we’ve loved the experience so much that our youngest daughter will be joining too. The team are so warm and welcoming of both the children and parents - our son came on leaps and bounds in his time at the setting and we’ve felt supported at every step. He loved the outings, activities and friendships he made there (and still has)! A really lovely touch of CC’s is that Claudine arranges events and parties at various points of the year so it really is a community for both children and parents - it’s like a big family.

Our eldest son was with the wonderful Claudine for over 2.5 years and our youngest son will be joining soon too.
I can’t recommend her and her team enough - they are warm, kind, supportive and go above and beyond with activities, outings, birthdays and celebrations. My son always had fun and has learned so much from his time there. His confidence has grown immensely and he will forever have a special bond with everyone at the setting.
Claudine also made my transition back to work after mat leave easy because I knew my son was being so well looked after. The Cc’s team have really become part of the family.

My daughter only attended for a year, but in that short time, Claudine and her wonderful team made such a lasting impression on us. They are some of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met. Every day was filled with love, creativity, and attention to detail, from fun trips to the park and soft play sessions to special outings at restaurants. My daughter always came home beaming with joy, excited to tell me all about her day. Thank you so much for the warmth, care, and love you poured into her. She will always remember her time with you so fondly. 💖

Our daughter attended Claudine’s for almost two years and absolutely loved it. She formed such special bonds with Claudine and her staff who provided such great care. The children were often out and about exploring local parks and playgrounds or organised activities. At the setting the activities were often themed and such attention to detail put into them. For example learning about road safety. Claudine always went to great lengths to celebrate birthdays and other special holidays - including an amazing sports day every year. A very warm and family like environment.

Our time at Claudine’s was magical - it honestly feels like a little family and our daughter was so happy there, and made some lifelong friends... Even after we left we have kept in touch as the kids forged a special bond whilst in her care. She is warm and nurturing, supports the kids (and parents!) through every milestone… potty training, sleepless nights - the works.
I would not hesitate to recommend CC’s childcare to anyone that wants a fun, caring environment for their kid’s early years - with educational learning, excursions, creative play and supportive development all at the heart of what they do. Claudine and her team are the best at this, and can’t recommend them highly enough. Our daughter adored all the staff and children.

My son Aen was with Claudine for about two and a half years. Our experience of Claudine and her team was amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations of a childminder setting. The whole team care deeply about every individual child and gave them the attention and stimulation they needed. Aen went on numerous day trips which he loved. The team provided delicious homemade food everyday and encouraged age appropriate learning. We strongly recommend Claudine, we couldn’t have asked for a better childminder!

My daughter attended Claudine's setting for 6 months. Although she had a very difficult settling period she eventually settled and really enjoyed it. It's a small setting and very familiar. All the assistants were lovely and supportive.

My son has been attending CC’s Childcare Services since October 2023 and he absolutely loves it! Claudine and the rest of the team have helped him settle in so well and I can’t thank them enough.
Claudine always has all the children doing all sorts of activities and day outs around the local area. She always celebrates all the children’s birthdays, Christmas and any other celebrations!
I 100% recommend Claudine and her team for childminding services as you will never be disappointed!

Our son was with Claudine for one and a half years. We honestly couldn’t fault Claudine and her staff and couldn’t recommend them more.
It was very reassuring to know our son was in such good hands every day and you knew you’d pick him up and he’d have a big smile on his face.
Claudine goes above and beyond celebrating everyone’s birthdays, Christmas parties and sports day. They are always kept busy with trips to the park, rhyme and time and even a trip in to london!
The main reason we took so long to move out of London was because our son loved his time with Claudine and all the staff. Thank you.

Our daughter started at Claudine’s in August 2022, it can be quite daunting handing your child over but Claudine made the whole experience run smoothly by helping her settle in, offering additional support, and being communicative.
Our daughter loves going to Claudine’s and is always in a happy mood when we collect her, which is a testament to the work her and her team do! They always seem to have a blast celebrating birthdays, holidays, going out, and doing crafts.
We are so happy that we found such a great setting for our daughter.
