About Me
Hi, I'm Molly! I'm a caring, warm, and fun babysitter who loves working with children. I've been working in a primary school since 2024, where I support the teacher by reading with and to children, helping with handwriting, spelling, phonics and maths, monitoring behaviour, keeping children focused on the lesson and supporting break times. I have also supported school trips, taking responsibility for a small group of children. I volunteered with Brownies, playing games and doing arts and crafts.
I'm comfortable supporting children with homework, cooking simple meals for children, and helping out with light housework. I have several pets of my own, and would be more than happy to help out with feeding/walking well-behaved pets.
I'm available to help for the odd night of babysitting needed, or as a much more regular service. I have much more availability during school holidays as well. Feel free to drop me a message for my information.
My Experience
I've been working at a local primary school since 2024, volunteering at first and then working as a teaching assistant. I've helped 6 and 7 year olds with their learning, behaviour, and on school trips. I've volunteered at my local Brownies for a year and a half, and I have also did a project at secondary school where I helped younger years with Literacy and Maths. I have plenty of referees that I can provide for previous jobs/volunteering that can attest to my hardworking, reliable, and responsible nature.
My Qualifications
I have nine GCSEs all at a grade 9, and three A levels all at grade A*. I also have a DBS check.
My Availability
This is my availability during term time. During the school holidays I’m available a lot more - if you have any queries give me a message!
My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
If I am looking after more than one child, I would increase my hourly fee by £2.50 per child.
