My Experience
Mari: With years of dedicated babysitting experience and 8 years as a professional educator in nurseries, preschools, and reception classes, Mari brings a wealth of expertise to our team. As a proud mum of two wonderful children, she combines professional knowledge with firsthand parenting experience.
Laura: Laura is our talented music teacher who has been bringing joy and rhythm to the childcare sector for the past 5 years.
Linda: Linda is a devoted mum who brings her natural nurturing instincts and 4 years of professional childcare experience to our family.
Irene: Irene is a wonderful mum and our talented resident chef. Not only does she prepare delicious, nutritious meals, but she also leads our "Little Chefs" cookery club, inspiring a love for food in our children.
My Qualifications
Level 2 in Children and young people workforce.
Level 2 in Employment responsabilities and rights in health, social care, children and young people's settings.
Yoga and mindfulness training for children.
Healthy eating course for toddlers.
Languages degree.

8am to 6pm
My Fees
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
Open from 8am to 6pm.
I accept the following:

We feel so lucky we found Curious Minds in our search for childcare when we moved to Stanmore, two years ago. Our two girls have been there ever since, and they now collect our eldest from school a few days a week, and we haven't looked back! Marinella and Laura care for our girls with so much love, care, attention, and delicious food! They build a curriculum that really encourages the girls to explore and enjoy the world around them, and they also cover lots of different seasonal topics from a range of different cultures. Our girls are so happy and settled there, we can't imagine them going to a better place to grow and learn while we are working. Thank you so much Marinella and Laura, for opening your home and hearts to our little girls, and for everything you do for them!

My child (4yo) has been attending Mari’s Tiney nursery for two years. We chose this setting mainly because of its size, the flexible and child centred settling in period and multilingual environment.
Marinella and Laura are a great team, very approachable by both children and parents in case there’s a concern to discuss. They are attentive and build a strong relationship with the children early on.
Since my child attending this group his social, emotional skills improved greatly and made friends too. His academic and general knowledge is on the rise as well, thanks to the weekly topics the children explore through interesting hands-on activities.
My child is happy and always excited to go to “Mari’s house”.
I would highly recommend this setting to any parents looking for a happy, safe, nurturing environment for their child.

During the process of finding a childminder I think I interviewed around 10 candidates. I then narrowed it down to top 5, then top 3 and Mari won every round! We are so delighted with our son's progression. He started at ten months of age, he's now coming up to two. As a parent of a lockdown baby, social interaction was something of great importance to us... He is confident, energetic and so happy and much of this is down to the amazing care that Mari and her assistant, Laura, provide. I love how caring and affectionate Mari and Laura are. This was another key factor for me - ensuring that my child was in the care of people who are kind, giving and empathetic. Another key selling point was warm, organic and freshly cooked food that is provided to the children daily. The environment combines education and play, which is the perfect way to learn. We are kept up to date with a daily diary which records activities for the day, nappy change times, milk / food intake, nap times and other parent and childminder communication.
I am so happy that we chose Mari and we wouldn't change a thing!

Mari looks after my little girl since she was 11 months. She is turning 2 now and I am very happy with all the progress my little girl made. Mari’s setting is full of life, fun and love. She is caring and friendly and is always available to talk. I couldn’t recommend her more.❤️🙏🏼
