My Experience
I have just qualified to become a foster carer. I have worked with children most of my life. I have worked as a baby room leader in 2 different nurseries over a period of 8 years. I have been a nanny now for the last 4 years. During the time I have been working with children I have encountered many children with special needs of different ethnic minorities of different abilities. I have encountered many situations of a child solid and wetting themselves. I am also willing and think it is essential to continue training to improve my knowledge and skills and also go on refresher courses.
