My Requirements

We are an easy going, fun family of five with a 4.5 year old daughter, 1.5 year old son and 1 month old son.

We are looking for someone kind, gentle, proactive,fun and creative.

As my youngest is newborn I am at home still so this role is a combination of shared care and sole charge. With lots of scope for the nanny to take the children off on fun outings and make the role their own. I certainly will not be micromanaging!

My daughter will be starting school in September so during the term time it will be mainly focussed on my middle son (1.5 years) and also help with the school run and after school care for my daughter too, and in the long term my youngest.

We would like a nanny who is passionate about early years and proactive with setting up activities / taking them out on outings. As well as someone who is happy to keep on top of toy organisation, and keeping the children’s areas tidy (we have a regular cleaner so we do not expect any laundry or proper cleaning just keeping things tidy and organised)

Someone with a sense of fun who can really focus on the children, their well-being and happiness is number one priority!

We require a driver for help with the school run and outings.

Flexibility, kindness and someone who has a genuine passion for little ones and would like to become part of our family long term and who I can form a bond with too.

Hours wise - I can be a little flexible but something like 8am-5.30pm four days per week would be great.
