Rated 'Outstanding’ by Ofsted and proud holders of Millie’s Mark, Filkins Day Nursery near Lechlade is a special place that’ll give your child the very best foundations for their future. The nursery provides childcare for children aged 2-5 years old.
You’ll find our nursery in the old Cotswolds’ stone school building in Filkins; it’s a picturesque spot supporting a small rural community and we’re lucky enough to have plenty of outdoor space and equipment for the children to enjoy – including a Forest School area complete with chickens, a willow tunnel gardening plot and a fire pit.
In fact, outdoor play is at the heart of our childcare ethos here at Filkins Day Nursery. We believe in giving children plenty of opportunities to explore, touch and evoke curiosity in the world around them. And we love watching them grow in confidence as a result.
We are open from 7:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year (we are closed at Christmas and on bank holidays).
