About Me
I have been a part time babysitter for 11 years and am a very warm and happy person who loves spending time with children. I currently help three parents in the Somerset area with childcare and usually work on an as and when basis around my full time job. I am fully flexible and can accommodate short notice arrangements as well as long term.
I am trained in paediatric first aid and have a level 2 safeguarding qualification. My previous clients children’s ages have ranged from 6 months to 12 years old.
I have experience within the home and in the care sector. I have a full DBS and all checks and can provide references from my current clients if required. I have 6 siblings so grew up in a busy household and am used to spending lots of time with children. I am family orientated.
Duties I am happy to attend to include:
Last minute babysitting
Bedtime routines
After school routines
Domestic cleaning (hoovering, washing up, tidying up)
Basic meal preparation
All childcare requirements (including homework)
I can do last minute arrangements should something arise within the family
Mother’s support and anything else required within the home
My Experience
All of the above experience, assisting vulnerable people to live independently in their own homes. Lots of domestic experience and grew up in a large family so lots of experience with children. Full DBS checks and safeguarding trained.
