I’m 41 with over 15 years experience working with children mainly in a care home setting. I have worked with many ranges of ages and abilities. My current role is working as a teaching assistant with sen children specilising in autism and challenging behaviours. I have obtained the nvq level three in children and young people. I’ve been in my current role for 8 years. I’ve developed good relationships with the young people and families. I have completed all first aid training.
