About Me

I live just off the Green in Southwick Village with my husband and near 9 year old son. I offer a safe home-from-home environment with lots of creativity and laughter! I follow the EYFS curriculum with outings and activities that enrich the 7 areas of learning. We go out everyday, join local playgroups regularly and meet up with other childminding colleagues to support the children’s personal growth and development.
I started childminding in 2020 after a wonderful 13 year career as a primary school teacher. I’ve not looked back!

My Experience

I offer a fun and warm home setting with a diverse and creative child-led approach. I love to get out and explore and having the South Downs, local beaches, forests and parks around me I am spoilt for choice. I love music and dance, being creative and playful. I used to teach children's yoga and this is something I enjoy sharing with the children in my setting.
