Aimie
Nanny in London: Hammersmith And Fulham (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
I am 25 years old and currently living in Kensington.
I work currently as a part-time bar supervisor, however, I also have previous experience as a special needs teaching assistant. I am currently searching for a role as a nanny or baby-sitter. I can do both part and full-time and am very flexible on the days/evenings i can do.
I am a very hard working, organised person who is sociable and friendly but can also be strict when i need to be. I've found working with children in the past to be an extremely rewarding experience that i would like to continue to pursue through a nannying role.
My Experience
For my role as a special needs teaching assistant I was paired with an 8 year old boy for 6 months. During this time some of my responsibilities included: being responsible for his learning and safety whilst providing guidance and emotional support for his behavioural needs, preparing resources specifically for his learning needs and proactively assessing his behaviour to de-escalate any violent situations which could arise by noting triggers and preferable environments.
During this time i also helped out as a classroom assistant for other year groups where the class sizes ranged from 20-30 students. For this role i maintained an efficient and tidy classroom environment, helped children with their learning, performed daily tasks like photocopying, printing and handing out lesson materials and managing student behaviour in the classroom and around the school.
My Qualifications
I have a bachelors degree in Film and Screen studies, i also have 3 a levels and 11 GCSE's including maths, english and science.
