My Requirements

We are looking for a warm, energetic Russian-speaking nanny to spend time with our 6-year-old son at weekends.

The main aim is for him to develop spoken Russian naturally through play and everyday interaction. We are not looking for formal language lessons, worksheets or reading/writing at this stage.

He is active, imaginative and learns best through doing things rather than sitting at a table, so we would love someone who enjoys playing, Lego, outdoor activities, games, cooking and generally keeping a child engaged while speaking simple, natural Russian.

Ideally we are looking for someone for around 3–4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday, potentially regularly if it works well.

We are based in the Leatherhead area.

Previous childcare experience is important, and experience with children of a similar age would be a big advantage. A native or fluent Russian speaker is essential.
