Hello, my name is Jennifer, I am From France , and I am a dedicated and caring childminder who is passionate about helping children feel safe, happy, confident and valued.
I have experience working in a nursery and have completed training in areas including safeguarding, child development, health and safety, equality and inclusion. I also hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
My approach is centred around learning through play. I believe children learn best when they are given opportunities to explore, investigate, make choices and learn at their own pace. I enjoy creating fun and meaningful activities that support children’s development, including creative play, sensory activities, books, music, numbers, early literacy and exploring the natural world.
I also offer opportunities for children to hear and explore French naturally through songs, stories, greetings, numbers, colours and everyday conversations, depending on their age and interest.
I encourage children to develop independence, confidence, kindness and respect. I provide a warm, welcoming home environment where children can build positive relationships and feel secure.
I particularly enjoy supporting children’s curiosity through outdoor play and nature exploration, as well as providing a variety of activities indoors. I regularly rotate toys and resources so children have new opportunities to explore and discover.
My aim is to work closely with parents and families, keeping communication open and making sure every child receives caring, responsive and individualised support.
I look forward to welcoming children into my home and creating a happy environment where they can play, learn, explore and grow.
I also can proposed drop off and pick up as I living 10 minutes from manor primary school in Swanscombe.( I am not driving)

I have experience working in a nursery, where I have supported children in their learning, development and everyday care. I have worked with children of different ages and have gained practical experience in creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
Through my nursery experience and childcare training, I have developed knowledge of safeguarding, child development, health and safety, communication, equality and inclusion, and supporting children’s individual needs.
I enjoy planning and providing play-based activities that encourage children to explore, develop their independence and build confidence. I particularly enjoy sensory play, creative activities, books, outdoor learning and exploring nature.
I also hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate and understand the importance of keeping children safe, happy and well cared for.
