My Summary

My Experience

I have a brother who is 10 years younger than myself whom I looked after from the age of 13- doing school pick ups and drop offs, and after school childcare for my parents. I have also completed one year of children’s nursing at university. Whilst there I was a part time nanny to a then 5 month old little girl. Since then I have been a part time nanny for two families. The first family had three children aged between 6-10 and the other was a young girl aged 4. My responsibilities included working mornings before school and school drop off/pick up. I also worked extended hours during the school holidays/when the children were off sick from school. I also picked up extra hours babysitting in the evenings for the same families.

My Qualifications

A-Levels in Biology, Psychology and English language. Completed first year of nursing degree (children’s) and part of this required paediatric basic first aid. Also have worked as a healthcare assistant at cramlington hospital, and as a peer support worker for camhs inpatient hospitals. I have recently completed a 3 year first aid qualification.

My Availability

I am available any day of the week for school drop off and pick ups. I can also do after school and evenings. I have one medical appointment per week I have to attend, however it is negotiable and usually planned far in advance.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
• Nannying from £12.50 per hour (gross)
