Amazing, highly experienced - look no further!

Laura has been part of our family since 2019, when our son was 9 months old. She has helped us ever since then: sadly it's time for our younger child to start in school this coming September, which is why Laura is finishing her 3 regular days a week with us.

Laura is a highly experienced childcare provider and has looked after children all her life. She has had her own children, who are now grown up, so she knows what it's like to be a parent as well as a nanny. Laura takes enormous pride in her work: for her it's not just a job, but about doing the absolute best for the children, caring for them, but also helping them grow and develop. She is completely confident and comfortable looking after young children and isn't fazed by anything that involves. At home, she gets on with everything using her own initiative and experience - she doesn't need to be told how do to things. Laura also works tremendously hard, going over and above all the time to help out with things around the house, even when she hasn't been asked to do so.

Laura gives a great deal of thought to what she does with the children in her care each day, taking them to interesting and lovely places, swimming, doing activities at home, meeting up with other nannies and children and going to playgroups etc. Our children love her dearly.

Fabulously capable nanny!

Laura has been a good friend to our family for a number of years and has looked after our three children several times.

Laura has such extensive experience looking after children and young people that there’s really nothing she can’t handle. I feel completely at ease leaving the children with her because I know she understands them and can anticipate and respond to their needs.

Making plans with Laura is very straight forward and she’s entirely reliable. She also has a wealth of knowledge about what’s on in and around Norwich for children.
