Amazing, highly experienced - look no further!

Laura has been part of our family since 2019, when our son was 9 months old. She has helped us ever since then: sadly it's time for our younger child to start in school this coming September, which is why Laura is finishing her 3 regular days a week with us.

Laura is a highly experienced childcare provider and has looked after children all her life. She has had her own children, who are now grown up, so she knows what it's like to be a parent as well as a nanny. Laura takes enormous pride in her work: for her it's not just a job, but about doing the absolute best for the children, caring for them, but also helping them grow and develop. She is completely confident and comfortable looking after young children and isn't fazed by anything that involves. At home, she gets on with everything using her own initiative and experience - she doesn't need to be told how do to things. Laura also works tremendously hard, going over and above all the time to help out with things around the house, even when she hasn't been asked to do so.

Laura gives a great deal of thought to what she does with the children in her care each day, taking them to interesting and lovely places, swimming, doing activities at home, meeting up with other nannies and children and going to playgroups etc. Our children love her dearly.

Fabulously capable nanny!

Laura has been a good friend to our family for a number of years and has looked after our three children several times.

Laura has such extensive experience looking after children and young people that there’s really nothing she can’t handle. I feel completely at ease leaving the children with her because I know she understands them and can anticipate and respond to their needs.

Making plans with Laura is very straight forward and she’s entirely reliable. She also has a wealth of knowledge about what’s on in and around Norwich for children.

Exceptional Care and Support for Our Three Childre

We love Laura ♥️

Laura has been looking after our daughter around once a month for the past year, and we feel so lucky to have found her! Our daughter has Down syndrome and is quite particular about who she will form a bond with - and Laura is one of her very favourite people. Each time Laura looks after her they go out and do something fun - they’ve been to soft play, Pensthorpe, the theatre, the beach - and they always come back having had a super day. Laura is warm, affectionate, practical, sensible, fun, thoughtful, super experienced… Honestly we just can’t fault her.

Nanny

Laura came to the rescue to support our family when my husband went away for a month and was so helpful and supporting with everything and anything in the time she was with us. Our daughter loved her from the first meeting and has developed such a bond with Laura and her caring ways. Our minds were at ease completely leaving her with Laura and not only that she would help with meal preparation also so any extra stress and pressure was removed on returning home. She was such a great support in my husbands absence.

Wonderful Nanny

Laura came to us when our baby girl was just 12 weeks old. She has been very reliable, fun and caring Nanny.

Laura was great with our little girl, and as she grew, she played games, taught her new things, made arts and crafts and took her out for adventures. My little girl loved her and was always so excited to see her.
Laura is also extremely helpful, she would tidy up, pop out for shopping, and also help with the ironing, it was so much appreciated and made life so much easier and less stressful. We were so sad to see Laura go; we didn’t want her to leave us but sadly circumstances meant we had no choice, but even now, 4 years on, Laura visits us and my daughter, who is now 5, is always so very happy and excited to see her.

Anyone who employs Laura as their Nanny will wonder how they ever coped without her.

Outstanding Nanny with years of experience

Laura has worked with us since 2019: she looked after our son and, now that he is at school, is looking after our younger daughter three days a week.

During the past five years, Laura has made herself invaluable to our family life. She is vastly experienced looking after children and incredibly hard working. Laura doesn't need directing: she just knows what needs to be done and gets on with it. When our daughter is asleep in the day she won't ever stop - she will see what needs doing around the house and get on with things, without even being asked. Laura also takes real pride in and gives careful thought to helping the children develop. She is always planning interesting activities for them, whether at home or out and about. Laura is a warm, generous and thoughtful person who goes above and beyond all the time. We feel very fortunate to have her as part of our family life and cannot recommend her highly enough to any other family who might be in need of a nanny.
