About Me
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a babysitter/nanny/childminder to support my three children between May and September while I’m on a work placement.
The role will be 2–3 days per week, covering before and after school, with full?day care during school holidays, in?service days, or occasional weekends. During the summer holidays, the hours would mainly be full days.

My Requirements
Our eldest is autistic and has communication needs, so we’re looking for someone who is patient, calm, and able to follow his lead. Experience with autism is a bonus, but it’s not essential, what matters most is that you’re open?minded, willing to learn, and comfortable adapting to his pace and style of communication.

Rylee is genuinely one of the best childcare providers we’ve ever had the privilege of working with. She has been an absolute rock for our family over the past year, and her reliability is second to none, her timekeeping is impeccable. She is polite, sweet, and has such a naturally caring nature. My children adore her.
One of the biggest milestones for us has been her support with my eldest son, who has severe autism. She has taken him on outings to the swimming pool, something he has never done away from family before. Her patience, understanding, and gentle confidence made this possible, and it meant the world to us.
Rylee truly is a blessing. She continues to support our family, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Any family would be lucky to have her, and your children will absolutely love her.

After meeting Lamiaa through this website, she quickly became a part of my children’s lives over the past three years. She’s incredibly kind, compassionate, honest, and absolutely brilliant with kids. Her playful, “big kid” personality is a huge hit with my boys, she’ll run around with them for hours, matching their energy and enthusiasm without missing a beat. They adore her, and so do I. Without a doubt, she’s the best babysitter we’ve ever had.
Lamiaa has also shown remarkable dedication in caring for my son, who has profound autism. From the beginning, she was honest about not having prior experience with his specific needs, but she embraced the challenge with patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn. Her ability to adapt and support him has exceeded all expectations. I’m genuinely grateful I chose her she’s been a game-changer for our family.
