I am an experienced Early Years and KS1 Montessori teacher offering personalised phonics and maths tutoring and homework support. Using a blend of Read Write Inc. and Montessori methods, I help children build confidence, strengthen key skills, and enjoy learning. Serving Oxford and Oxfordshire.
My Experience
I have over 17 years experience working in schools and family homes.
I have a suitcase full of learning materials which I like to bring along with me. I offer dedicated homework support in phonics and maths, designed to assist families who may find homework time challenging. Many children respond differently to parents than to teachers, which can make at-home learning difficult. My sessions provide calm, clear, and consistent guidance that helps children remain focused and confident.
My Qualifications
I have a Montessori Diploma from the Maria Montessori Training Organisation in London
I have a DBS and First Aid training.
I have a certificate in Understanding Autism
I have a certificate in behaviour that challenges in children from Leicester College
I have a BA in Comparative studies in primary education and Young Lives Parenting and Families.
