About Me
I have over 18 years experience of working with children in preschools and in primary schools.
I have a childcare diploma as well as a Montessori qualification.
I can help your child get a boost with their social communication, speech and give a strong foundation in their maths and literacy skills.
Having a Montessori background I can teach using concrete objects where children can grasp hands on and visualise a concept. For example matching quantities, grading, sorting etc. Their hands will guide their brain in understanding how it works. Repetition will then consolidate a new concept.
I have also undertook training to enhance and extend your child's speech and communicating skills through fun and engaging activities.
My Experience
Over 18 years in childcare, have two children of my own. I have worked with a range of children and helped them achieve their full potential holistically.

Catarina has been having regular weekly play sessions with our 4 yr old son for the last few months and we have been really impressed with Catarina's skills and professionalism - our son loves her so much, and their sessions are spent playing in the most imaginary ways possible and giggling lots. We feel that Catarina spends every minute of the sessions with a lot of passion and giving her all. I am delighted to have found Catarina and we are planning to her services for the foreseeable future. Worth every penny.
