About Me
I am a friendly, fun and responsible. I have worked in childcare as a full time nanny for the past 6 years, and have just started my new role as a primary school teacher. I am offering babysitting and school holiday nannying. I am fully qualified and have lots of childcare experience. I am a great communicator and am outgoing and approachable. I am responsible and reliable. I enjoy engaging children in crafts/baking/ activities as well as taking them outside to explore, play and learn. I would be comfortable nannying a child/children of any age . I have completed my level 2 CACHE certificate in introducing caring for children and young people and my level 3 CACHE certificate in childcare and education. I also have a clean UK driving license.
My Experience
During winter 2019/2020 I worked for a private nanny company based in a French ski resort. Here I looked after babies and children who lived in the resort and babies and children who came on holiday with their families. In this role I was fully responsible for the children whilst they were in my care and organised age appropriate activities and outings. This role required me to be adaptable and adjust to different families on a near weekly basis. After this role finished I worked as a nanny for a family in France. I was sole charge of a 2 year old boy and looked after him for 12 hours a day (sometimes over night and babysitting also). I was responsible for planning his week, organising stimulating activities to help his development and organising his meals/shopping and washing. I worked for the family for 7 months before returning home to the UK. I have since worked for two families in Dorset as a full time nanny for their children. In September I started my new role as a primary school teacher.
My Qualifications
I have both my level 2 CACHE certificate in introducing caring to children and young people, and my level 3 CACHE certificate in childcare and education. I have a DBS check and a full paediatric first aid certificate.
My Availability
I am available in the school holidays/weekends and evenings.
