I’m a warm, caring and nurturing person who has always loved being around children. I’m also a mum to a three-year-old, so I know how quickly these early years go and just how important it is for little ones to feel loved, listened to and safe.
I also know how important it is as a mum to feel supported, understood and comfortable with the person caring for your child. I know how much trust that takes and I’d want you to feel completely at ease knowing your little one is happy, safe and genuinely cared for :)
I really love the magic of childhood and all the simple joys that come with it. I’m happiest outside, exploring nature, going on little adventures, looking for bugs, collecting sticks and leaves, getting muddy and jumping in puddles! I think children need lots of time to explore, be curious, use their imagination and just enjoy being children.
I have a real interest in children’s emotional wellbeing, natural health and wellbeing and creating a calm and nurturing environment for children to feel happy and comfortable in. I love being outdoors and connecting with nature, and I think there’s so much children can get from simply having the freedom to explore the world around them.
I’m also really interested in children’s emotional wellbeing and how little ones make sense of big feelings and changes in their lives. I’m currently working on a children’s book, with hopes of eventually creating a small series, which is something I’m really passionate about.
Most importantly, I really enjoy getting to know each child as their own little person. Their personality, interests, funny little quirks, what makes them laugh and what helps them feel happy and secure. I think every child is different and I love getting to know what makes them them.
I’d describe my approach as calm, affectionate and attentive, with lots of play, connection, creativity, fresh air, little adventures and plenty of fun along the way. I want children to feel genuinely cared for, while also having the freedom to be curious, messy, silly and completely themselves.
My Experience
I have many years of professional childcare experience, working with children from newborn through to school age, both as a nanny and within nursery settings. Including running my own baby sensory classes.
March 2026 – Present
Currently working as a full-time nanny for a family with a three-year-old and one-year-old baby, alongside caring for my own three-year-old son. This role involves caring for three young children together and supporting their individual routines, development, play and emotional needs.
January 2025 – March 2026
Part-time nanny, three days a week, caring for a little boy from the age of one. I also brought my own son with me, which worked extremely well and created a lovely environment for both children to grow and play together.
July 2023 – January 2025
Maternity leave following the birth of my son.
April 2021 – July 2023
Full-time, live-out nanny for one child from the age of one. Alongside this role, I also ran my own Baby Sensory classes, giving me additional experience supporting babies and young children through play, sensory activities and early development.
October 2017 – 2021
Live-in nanny in London for two children, providing sole-charge care for each child from birth.
February 2014 – 2017
Live-in nanny for two children within a fully staffed household, providing consistent and attentive care as part of a wider childcare team.
Earlier experience – Day Nursery
I spent four years working in a day nursery, including two years as Team Leader of a baby unit caring for babies from 6 weeks to 2 years old.
