Welcome to Cheeky Chops Childminding. Cheeky Chops Childminding offers flexible and affordable childminding services for all ages. Whether full-time, part-time, before school, after school, term-time or in the holidays there is something for everyone at Cheeky Chops.
My name is Michelle and I am an Ofsted registered, homebased Childminder based in Wavertree, Liverpool.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the childcare sector ranging from working in various nurseries and schools as a nursery practitioner and also as deputy manager to working in a residential home for boys with behavioural and emotional difficulties as well as experience nannying in America.
I have positions open for children aged from new-born to 10 years old. My home is in a well-located area and I have access to a number of outdoor open spaces (Sefton Park, Greenbank Park, Botanic Park and The Mystery Park) as well as my own enclosed garden for outdoor play and learning. I have a playroom set up, equipped with lots of toys and diverse learning resources that are going to keep the children occupied and engaged.
I champion the needs of each individual child in my care and believe I can provide a supportive and nurturing environment. I am qualified and experienced with the EYFS framework and it is my objective for your child/children to be happy and develop well in a safe and personalised setting - giving you peace of mind.
I provide age appropriate activities, experiences and stimulation that are planned to each individual's current interest and I keep evidence of all that we do together. These will be put together in a learning journal which will include photos and observations. Photos and comments will be sent to you regularly to capture these special memories.

Our son had an absolutely delightful time and he was reluctant to leave Michelle's house when we arrived to collect him. Michelle is a wonderful caregiver who diligently tends to the needs of children, ensuring they get healthy food and engaged in outdoor activities when the weather permits. There is plenty of toys for the children to play with and books to read.
