About Me

I am Emma, I am a bubbly, outgoing 38 year old nanny and have over 20 years experience working in childcare. I really enjoy caring for children and helping them to grow and develop through a range of stimulating activities and experiences. I am punctual and reliable and happy to get stuck in around the house preparing meals, doing laundry and other light household tasks. I am mum to a 9 year old girl. I have lots of energy and enjoy being outdoors exploring nature, baking, cooking, gardening, reading and getting creative with art and crafts, all of which I carry through to my work as well as my personal life.

My Experience

I have over 20+ years experience working with children from newborn right through to their teenage years. I am experienced in potty training and weaning. I have worked in various settings such as nurseries, preschools and in private homes as a nanny, building personal and long lasting relationships with families.

My Qualifications

I hold an NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education.
I have participated in various courses and workshops in relation to childcare and took a home learning course in child psychology.
I am first aid trained and hold a current DBS.
