Brandixo
Babysitter in London: Barking And Dagenham
My Summary
About Me
Hi! I’m Brandi, a 26-year-old mum based in Barking and Dagenham. I’m currently looking to return to work now that my energetic 6-year-old son is at school full-time, and I’d love the opportunity to support other families with their childcare needs.
I’ve been working with families through this website since I was 15 years old, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. Over the years, I’ve cared for children of different ages, built strong relationships with parents, and gained valuable experience that has helped me become a patient, caring, and dependable babysitter.
As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children. I always aim to create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Whether it’s helping with homework, getting creative with arts and crafts, playing games, reading stories, or sticking to your child’s daily routine, I’m happy to adapt to your family’s individual needs.
I hold a valid First Aid certificate, as well as a certificate in children’s behaviour, giving me additional knowledge and confidence to support children with care, patience, and understanding. I also have other relevant qualifications and would be happy to provide my CV and certificates upon request.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my son, making memories with family and friends, and expressing my creativity through home decorating.
I’m friendly, reliable, and approachable, and I take great pride in providing families with trustworthy childcare they can depend on. I understand that leaving your child with someone new can be a big decision, so I always strive to make both parents and children feel comfortable from the very beginning.
I look forward to meeting you and your little ones, and I’d love the opportunity to become a trusted part of your family’s support network.
My Experience
My Experience
I have several years of experience caring for children and supporting families. I previously worked with a number of families through this website, providing reliable childcare and building strong, trusting relationships with both parents and their children.
As a mum to my wonderful 6-year-old son, I also have first-hand experience of caring for and supporting a child’s development, understanding the importance of creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
I have worked with children of different ages, including children with additional needs and disabilities. This has helped me develop patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt my approach to meet each child’s individual needs.
I also worked in a home-based nursery setting, where I had a great deal of responsibility. My role included planning and carrying out fun, engaging activities that supported children’s learning and development in line with their age and stage. I enjoyed creating activities that encouraged communication, creativity, confidence, independence, and early learning through play while ensuring every child felt included and supported.
More recently, I worked as a Housekeeper in a private nursery, where I was responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the children and staff. This role reinforced the importance of cleanliness, organisation, and following high standards of health and safety within a childcare setting.
Alongside my childcare experience, I have also worked as a professional cleaner in nurseries and other settings. This has given me an excellent understanding of hygiene, infection control, and creating safe environments for children. Parents can feel reassured that I appreciate the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy space for little ones to learn and play.
I hold a valid First Aid certificate and a certificate in Children’s Behaviour, and I am always keen to continue learning and developing my childcare knowledge.
I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence, learn through play, and feel safe, happy, and cared for while giving parents complete peace of mind.
