My Experience

• I have extensive experience with working with vulnerable adults and unaccompanied children within my current role in British Airways and prior to this I have been a Nanny and a long term baby sitter.

• I work for British Airways and have been with the company for 20 years years. I am fully trained cabin crew.

• I have received medical training to BA's high standards which is all up to date.

• I also completed medical training in my role as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police.

• Within my career with the Airline I have been an inflight escort for our unaccompanied minors on long haul routes. I have had sole charge of a maximim of 15 children to the whole duration of the flight dealing with sickness and any other incident that occurs on board. I remain an ambassador for the Airline as I am always in uniform so our customers know they can always approach me for assistance, help, advice or just a friendly chat and a listening, attentive ear.

• I had my 5 yearly CRB check in October 2020.

• I completed my safeguarding training with my job in May 2021 so I am up to date to and qualified to look after young persons overnight throughout any disruption the airline may encounter.

• Covid vaccinations complete.

My Qualifications

• Safeguarding qualification May 2021.
• Up to date First Aid qualification to Civil Aviation Authority standards, including resuscitation and use of defibrillator.
• Grammar school educated.
(Slough High School for Girls).
• Business Studies and Banking Diploma

My Availability

I can tailor your requirements round my flexible, part-time working with British Airways, Heathrow.

I have availability during school holidays and term time and will arrange my flexible roster accordingly to accommodate your childcare requirements.

Available for daytime/evening and overnight babysitting.

I am happy with either adhoc, regular or one-off babysitting.
