About Me

Hi, I’m a 24 year old nanny and psychology student. I have 5 years professional experience working within childcare, I have worked with children ranging from 1-8 years old. I am fair, kind and loving! My approach to caring for children is we must have respect for one another and enjoy each other’s company.
I am Looking for Ad-hoc babysitting, I’d love to chat!

My Experience

I have worked as a teaching assistant in a nursery school and now currently a nanny. I have experience with helping children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting and toilet training. I organise and participate in recreational activities, sorting tasks for not only fun but educational purposes indoors and outdoors. The nursery I worked in was extremely exclusive and I have loads of experience with children with SEN, physical disabilities and educational difficulties. I am trained in attention autism and sensory circuits.

As a nanny I care for 3 children, providing meals, arranging activities, household chores. I have first hand experience with changing nappies, bottle feeding, weening , nap times, bath time and providing medical attention ( checking temperatures, providing medicine). And of course having fun whilst doing it!.

NFCE Cache Technical Level 3 Diploma In Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator)

Absolutely Amazing

Nia babysat our children last night and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and very engaging, and the children felt comfortable with her straight away. They especially loved the fact that she took the time to read to them, which they were so excited about this morning. We are really grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to other families.
