About Me
I have been a Primary School Teacher for the last 10 years teaching children ages 5-11. I currently teach in an SEN School for children with ASD and other learning difficulties. I have experience teaching EAL to children and adults in the UK and Sri Lanka.
Most of my tutoring involves getting year 5-year 6 students prepared for their SAT exams but I have experience tutoring children from early years to year 11 including some GCSE prep in English. I have a degree in English Literature.
I feel very passionately about education and ensuring children reach their full potential.

My Experience
My specialism is teaching pupils aged (5-11) in all subjects within the National Curriculum (Maths, English and Science included) and teaching children with sensory needs/ impairments, ASC, SpLD (dyslexia) and mild learning difficulties.

BA (Hons) English Literature and Language (2.1) University of Reading
BSL sign language (level 1) and fluency in Makaton

I am currently available Tuesday and Wednesday day and Tuesday after school from 5pm.
