About Me
We are a family based in Hampton (TW12) with two children — a cheerful and active 5-year-old at school and a baby who will be almost one when I return to work.
Both parents work, with one parent working from home part of the week, and we value calm routines, good communication and a warm, reliable approach to childcare. Our eldest enjoys kicking a ball around just as much as he enjoys arts and crafts, and our baby is in a good routine and enjoys outings and baby groups.
We are flexible and practical employers — open on exact timings and structure, and happy to discuss arrangements that work well for the right person. Grandparents live nearby and can occasionally step in if needed. We’re hoping to build a positive, long-term working relationship with someone caring, organised and dependable.
My Requirements
A childminder available Monday–Wednesday, approx. 7am–6pm, who can care for our baby (Jude) during the day and also manage school drop-off and pick-up for our eldest (Noah),
OR
• A wrap-around nanny who can support mornings and afternoons and drop both children at local childcare/school/nursery and collect them later in the day.
