About Me
I am currently on maternity leave with our second daughter who will turn 1 yr old in March 2024, our eldest is 3 yrs old and is at a pre-school a 15-20 min drive away.
We are a busy family who like to travel, explore the local area, go on play dates, go to the park, eat out and go to the cinema. We’re always on the go! We also love to bake (and eat our delicious treats!).
We don’t have any pets and do not smoke. The girls have their own playroom and our toddler is great at playing independently in there , although she does test our drawing skills so she can colour in the pictures! We have a great garden with climbing frame and a park a short walk/scoot away. Our house is on a small no through road which is very safe for children to scoot/cycle up and down with supervision.
My Requirements
When I return to work in March/April 2024 our baby will be attending a local nursery full-time that is open 52 weeks per year and our toddler is at pre-school 8:30am - 4pm term-time only.
We’re looking for a fun, energetic, caring, nanny/house keeper for c.20hrs per week Monday-Friday to help get the girls ready in the mornings and off to school and nursery, collect our toddler from school, look after her and give her dinner. Light housework eg popping the washing machine on, cleaning up after breakfast and meal prep for our 3 year old would be involved.
Toddler negotiation skills would be handy as we are encouraging our toddler to eat her evening meals rather than live on snacks. The school / nursery are not walkable so a driver is also a must too.
Open to term-time or full-time but if term-time only private schools have longer / more holidays and there is not always holiday clubs to cover all the holidays so the flex to give us more help for some of these weeks would be super helpful.
We have recently renovated our entire house and can offer someone the opportunity to live in, in a self-contained annex separate to the main house which would give you your own space (kitchen/en-suite/bedroom/living area).
