I am naturally a kind, understanding, and passionate, creative, hardworking, responsible and patient person who has good listening skills and enjoys working with children. I am always keen to learn new skills and believe in growth mind set. I am always looking for new ideas and ways of teaching children to support them as they learn and develop. I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities, recently doing Forest school leadership training. With a passion for child development I’ve geared my studies and work experience to enable me to continue my career in this sector. Through my studies I am able to keep up to date with development in Early Years care and education. My studies and work / life experience have also equipped me with excellent organisational and time management skills as well as a proven ability to ensure that standards, policies and communications are understood and implemented correctly. I have a great respect to diversities and to working in tandem with other professionals to better the life chances and experiences of those we provide services to.
