About Me
I've been working as a childminder for 24 years, I work with another childminder from my home. I am proud to have been graded outstanding in all areas by Ofsted since June 2009, the most recent inspection was Aug 2023. I have a large house with 2 playrooms and a large private garden. We provide many fun stimulating activities and opportunities for the children and pride ourselves in supporting each individual child at their own level of development.
My Experience
I have 2 children of my own (young adults now) age 25 and 22 as well as 24 years experience as a childminder. I was an Au Pair in Germany many years ago.
I am also registered as a respite foster carer for children with additional needs through Barnardo's, and adults with additional needs through the East Riding of Yorkshire. I have offered weekend respite for 11 years and have just recently taken a break.
I also help out in local schools from time to time.

Foundation Degree in Early Years
B A in Early Years
Currently doing a Child Psychology degree with the Open University
