My Experience

I have over 10 years of experience in childcare, starting as an apprentice and progressing to my current role as a nursery manager. I have a genuine passion for working with children and find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and develop new skills.
Over the years, I’ve built strong knowledge in child development, safeguarding, activity planning, and team leadership.
I especially enjoy supporting children with special educational needs, including those with autism, speech and language delays, and behavioural challenges. I work closely with parents and professionals to provide the right support and ensure each child gets the best start in life.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment is at the heart of my approach, and I take great pride in helping every child feel confident, valued, and able to reach their full potential.

My Qualifications

I have a level 3 in early years childcare.
I am first aid trained wit both adults and children
I have a designated safeguarding lead training.
I have a SEND training.

My Availability

I can work up to 30 - 40 hours a week.
