My name is Hollie, I am a dedicated and experienced childcare professional, currently working as a Third in Charge and Senior Room Manager in a nursery setting. With over four years of experience as a nanny and a strong background working with children from birth to six years, I have developed a deep understanding of early childhood development and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

My Experience
I really enjoy working with children and have worked in child care full time for about 6 years and did 2 years of part time beforehand whilst I was training for my level 3. I have a Level 4 SEN certificate completed in 2021. I have worked with a few SEN children helping to support their needs and development. I am first aid training (due to retake Nov 26). I am currently taking a few online training courses for various things such as dealing with difficult behaviour in children and food awareness.
