Jemma has been looking after my son since he was 7 months old and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She is fully committed to her job and goes above and beyond to ensure he has everything he needs and is happy.
My son loves going to Jemma’s everyday, I get sent numerous photos and videos of my son throughout the day and my son is always happy and stimulated. Jemma takes the kids out on a daily basis whether it’s the park, soft play, play centre, library.
Jemma ensures each child has a their own daily book where she writes detailed notes about their day such what they ate, nappy changes, nap times, so you can always refer to it on a daily basis which I love.
In terms of food, Jemma makes everything from fresh! I love the fact that her all her meals are homemade and nutritious and is always introducing a variety of different meals/snacks to my son. I sometimes find myself looking in my son’s daily book for inspiration for meals!
The setting is also unique as she has a large annex at the back of the garden which is almost like a nursery/play centre. It has everything any kid would need to stay stimulated and is very inviting and cosy for the children. It is always absolutely spotless and she keeps the garden in an immaculate condition so it’s very inviting for children to play with all the garden toys. She even has 2 rabbits! The kids love them and it is very educational.. I honestly don’t know how she does it all! I understand how she got the nickname Mary Poppins!!
It is very clear that she has a strong structure in place.
Jemma is an amazing warm hearted person and is exactly what you want when leaving your child to go to work. She is nurturing to all the children, always has the best intentions and takes an active role in helping shape their development.
We are more comfortable leaving our son with Jemma over any of our family members as she knows him so well! Any problem, Jemma will have a solution for it! I honestly don’t know what I would do without her.
There is a reason she is rated outstanding by Ofsted!! Couldn’t ask for any better!
