Full Time Nanny

I am a mother of 3 but my youngest has health conditions which means she is more vulnerable to viruses.
I will be looking to go back to work April 2025 but due to her health conditions I would prefer to have a nanny or child minder to take care of her 2/3 times a week. She will be 1 year in April.
