My Experience

Over the 10 years of experience, I have worked in various sectors of Childcare such as;

5 and half years experience working in a private nursery

One year experience in Nannying.

8 years experience in Childminding.


-My experiencing working in a nursery:
I have five and half years of experience working in a private nursery setting, I worked with children aged between three months and five years old.
I was a senior member of staff and a key worker to conduct observations monthly.
I have good knowledge of the EYFS and I work towards my key children's interests and needs following their individual planning which I did every month for each child, I also did theme planning, weekly planning, and evaluations.

I was able to develop a good relationship with all parents that joined the setting. I was confident to hold progress meetings with parents and discuss all matters related to the progress of their child. I had great communication skills with all parents over the phone, face to face, and through messages such as text or emails.

- My experience working as a nanny:
I have nannied for a family full time of two children a five-year-old boy and a 9-month-old baby girl. I have full responsibility for the children from 7 am until 7 pm Monday to Friday. ( This was a one year contract with a VIP family in London )

- My experience as a Childminder:

I Registered as a childminder in 2018. I started childminding from my home in Leytonstone, I had a very big setting with two childminding assistants.

We would do daily activities adult-led and child-led according to the children’s development.
We would set out messy play activities everyday and have outdoor play whether that was in the garden or going to the local parks/farm/library/play groups etc.

All the children’s daily notes/development and photos of what they have been up to are uploaded on a app which you have access to from your phone/laptop so you can check at work what your child is doing whilst in my care.

I worked alongside many parents and loved every minute of it, I had a very good bond with all children I cared for and parents ( can provide feedback forms from previous parents ) all my children I cared for had been with me for over a year and a half.
All parents including me had a Whatsapp group chat (in which parents can suggest ideas ).

Many references, parents' feedback forms can be seen on request.
