Job Specification: Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny

Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to manage our household. As all our children age (4,6 1), including our 1-year-old, attend school or nursery during the week, childcare duties are minimal during the week, allowing for a primary focus on household management. We are looking for a proactive candidate to handle domestic tasks during the week and provide childcare support for our 1-year-old on the weekends. Taking days off during the week.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised home (daily cleaning, laundry, and ironing).
* Meal planning and preparation.
* Grocery lists and managing household supplies.
* General household management and errands.

Nanny Duties
* Minimal childcare required during the week (school/nursery drop-offs done by mum and dad).
* Primary responsibility for the 1-year-old on weekends.
* Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment during weekend hours.

Working Hours
* This position requires working weekends to assist with childcare.
* Days off will be provided during the week to balance the schedule.

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar dual-role or private household capacity.
* Experience in caring for infants/toddlers.
* Checkable professional references.
* Clear background/DBS check.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Non-smoker.
