We were in a bit of a tight spot as we had an event to attend and needed someone to look after our girls. From the moment Zera arrived, the girls were immediately drawn to her and honestly did not stop playing!
Zera kept us updated regularly while we were out, which was really reassuring and meant we could actually relax and enjoy our evening. She is genuinely so lovely, kind and gentle, and you can tell she is naturally really good with children.
The girls had such a lovely time with her and we felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care. We will definitely be using Zera again and would happily recommend her to other families.

Both my self and my husband felt at ease when we met Zera. she came first to get to know us before the date that we needed her and another day she came to spend some time with children without us around. She got to the children's level and interacted and played with them. My children have never been left with anyone so i was keen to find the right person to stay with them for 2 nights as we had a wedding. Zera bought her own activities to do with the children my Son is usually the one that takes time to get on with adult and he was fine with Zera, She always got back to me when contacted and was punctual or let you know if there was changes. My DD loves her and keeps saying ZeZa as she calls her is coming everyday. The kids beds was done when we got back and the kichen was tidy and the children didn't even got up to hung us or anything they were really comfortable with Zera.
