About Me

Hi!

I’m Ali, a friendly and active 29-year-old based in Fareham, currently looking for local part-time nannying and childcare work.

I have previous professional nannying experience, having worked as a nanny for around a year while living in London. I’ve also worked with children in other settings, including running drama classes for different age groups and working for a children’s party company, where I led games, told stories and entertained children in character. I also have personal experience helping to care for my young niece.

My background is in acting and singing, having trained professionally at drama school in London, so I’m naturally creative, imaginative and confident keeping children engaged. I particularly enjoy arts and crafts, outdoor activities and finding fun ways to encourage children’s confidence and creativity.

I’m very happy to help with everyday household tasks connected to the children, including preparing meals, tidying and light cleaning. I’m vegetarian myself, but I’m completely comfortable preparing food to suit a family’s usual diet and preferences.

I have a full UK driving licence, although I currently car share with family.
In my spare time I enjoy painting, studying Korean, dog walks and going to the theatre.

I’m ideally looking for regular part-time work with a local family, particularly with children aged 4+, although I’m happy to consider different arrangements depending on the family. I’d love to meet and see whether we might be a good fit.
