My Summary

My Experience

I have babysat for years in my local area as well as volunteering in a local special needs school for 6 months. I have grown up looking after my younger cousins while their parents balanced work. One of these cousins has ADHD, AHD, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia, meaning that I have a lot of experience and patience with children.

My Qualifications

I have been first aid trained while completing a life guard training course as well as a Health Care Assistant course that I completed for an NHS job that I had to turn down after completing the training.
I have no official childcare qualifications but I hope that my love for children and my experience speak for my ability.

My Availability

I only have four contact hours of university per week meaning that I am very flexible. All of my other university work can be completed remotely (reading and online lectures). My contact hours are also flexible so even if I am supposed to be having a seminar on a certain day, this can be rearranged in case of an emergency. Furthermore, after the Easter holidays, my contact hours will be further limited. I will only be available up until the end of May as I have an internship for June and July, however, I will be available again to work flexibly in this area from September onwards for the next academic year.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £9.00 per hour

I would need petrol to be covered on top of an hourly rate.
