Using Zarahs service has really allowed me to have a break or go to work stress free!! ❤️
Zarah is a very understanding, Genuine , professional and really caring person and she also sends me pictures, while I am at work and this does re-assure me that my child is having fun and is safe.

I would just like to leave a review and explain that I called this lady to start minding my two year old as I just got a job and explained I also have my own business too, so I am very busy and really needed help.
I also am a single mother!
She arranged to meet the same day and asked me really personal things about my life and about my mum and dads marriage???
and as We arranged and came to a agreement that I would take the contact home and fill it in for the Monday or Tuesday.
I went to visit her on the Sunday evening as she requested!
She contacted me on the Monday and told me she can’t take on my son for tomorrow or anytime soon and really let me down and said she’s not able to take any more “Burdens” on her plate and she might accept in September! (Which I’m not going to do of course)
This is highly rude to say to someone and she let me down with childcare which now affects my work.
I would not recommend as it’s highly unprofessional and unreliable!
And my child is not a burden!
So glad he isn’t going now for someone to think that about my 2 year old. He’s so precious’s to me and I Believe I can find someone who appreciates our money and time.

I am shocked to receive this review. Firstly I didn’t register her child and she hasn’t used my childcare service.
She requested to come on Sunday to visit my home on my daughter’s birthday and told me about her requirements and I listened to her and I said I will tell you tomorrow about the availability about the childcare place.
The next day I told her that I can’t offer you any place at the moment because you needed availability 8 in the morning till 8 in the evening (12 hours) and it was different times for different days. And she didn’t want on fixed days she wanted on different days and different times. So I offered her that I will give her child a place in September when children start school but she wanted to start my childcare service straight away but I said to her that first we take the children 2 hours each day until the child gets settled so when the child gets settled then we can take the child for full time.
She told me that she already has a childminder but she also said that, the childminder that she has takes too much money and she’s also using her friends support.
I asked some personal questions regarding childcare which is legally required on the form. I asked who picking and dropping the child and who is legally responsible for the child. She replied that she doesn’t have any family in Manchester and that she has no support.
I never said her child is a burden, I would never say that because I’m working with other registered childminders and this is my job. I love my job.
