Finding Rachel through Childcare.co.uk was one of the best decisions we made. At the time, I was feeling overwhelmed, stressed and anxious because my son was struggling to settle into his previous nursery, while I was also trying to manage my university studies. From our very first meeting, Rachel was incredibly kind, professional and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making us feel comfortable and confident that our son would be in the best possible hands. The nursery is always clean, welcoming and thoughtfully set up, creating a wonderful environment for children to learn and grow.
The progress my son made during his time with Rachel was truly remarkable. Not only did he develop academically, but his confidence, behaviour and independence also improved so much. Most importantly, he genuinely loved going to nursery every day, and made strong connections with Miss Bhara ( as he calls her Brenda) which gave me great peace of mind. I will always be grateful that we found Rachel. Her dedication, patience and genuine care have made such a positive difference to our son's early years and to our family. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for a caring, nurturing and highly professional childminder.
