About Me
Mama bear of 2 beautiful boys.
My Requirements
We have a sweet 8 year old son, Adam, who is autistic, and a 4 year old son, Liam.
We are searching for a kind and compassionate nanny that will form a connection with our lovely boys and have fun together! Having SEN experience is good, but not a must. The most important thing is kindness and understanding.
The help we look for is flexible, and revolves around picking up Adam and Liam from their (different) schools (a walking distance) at 3pm and spending time with them until 6 or 6:30pm. We are based in Pinner, (HA5), and are *flexible in terms of the duration and times per week* to also accommodate your changing schedule and personal needs. That means that we can alter the working scheme per week, introduce hours in the weekends, and consider a different schedule for half-term school breaks. Plus we may need extra help during the summer.
We seek to welcome a good, reliable nanny into our house. We value initiative and enrichment for the kids. We are always open for suggestions.
Adam is a gentle, sweet boy, who is fairly independent, and speaks poorly. He loves outdoor walks, playgrounds, swimming and cooking. Liam is a bubbly and kind boy, who loves to build.
If you are searching for
- A long term job with a good family
- A rewarding and meaningful learning experience to enrich your SEN techniques
- A good time to spend together with a children in need of care
And you are a
- Kind person that can form a connection with people of “different sorts”
- Responsible and reliable
- Will have good chemistry with our sons
Then we would love elaborate more and get to know you.
Reviews I've Written

Malina is a terrific and rare childminder that runs her childminding setting with the highest professionalism and is always open to questions and parental communication.
In her cosy setting, children are exposed to an enriching curriculum and diverse, educational content. The play time spent together is done with emphasis on social principles of sharing, helping and respecting one another. Additionally, the frequent interactions are based on a rich verbal example-setting which we feel enriches children’s vocabulary acquisition.
Importantly, we feel Malina is very composed as well as compassionate person, which radiates a sense security and trust so very important for the little ones. The entire setting is run in a balance of calm and stimulating manner, which we feel is instrumental for the wellbeing and development of the children.
Another noteworthy aspect is the freshly cooked daily food, and the high standard for hygiene and sickness-prevention among children.
Malina takes care of our 1.5 yo son full time, and our 6 yo (autistic) son after school. Malina adapts unique approaches to our very different boys, and their time in her setting is spent meaningfully.
We feel very fortunate to have our boys go to Malina’s setting, and can leave them there with a calm heart and go about our day. Which is a huge deal. We whole-heartedly recommend her.
