About Me
I am 33 years old and have a 4 children, aged 12,5 and 3 year old twins.
I have years of childcare experience from babysitting, nannying, after school and holiday clubs and managing nursery settings. I have worked as a well-being support assistant supporting mothers and their babies under 2 years.
I have a level 3 qualification in children and young people's work force and have worked with all ages from birth to 18.
I am the eldest of 5 children and have grown up being a carer for my two youngest siblings that have cerebral palsy.
I am first aid trained, have a child protection certificate and DBS checked.
I also hold a full uk driving license.
My Experience
I have been qualified since 2011 and have climbed the ladder from apprentice nursery nurse, room leader, team leader, then on to manager.
I am looking to provide outstanding care for children with out the day to day stress of managing a team of 16 women!
I want to look after children and put all my experience to use and still have time to spend with my own children.
I am the safeguarding officer, lead practitioner, SENco and behaviour manager of the setting I am currently working in.
